TITLE: INSTANT HOME MADE FRESHWATER FISH BALLS

PROJECT PLAN
Overview
Nowadays, frozen food consumption is huge. Users are easy to buy frozen food from  make it by self.
In our group method demo, for the course AGR355 title freshwater fish balls the formulation contains are fish fillet ,corn flour, tapioca flour ,vegetable oil ,pepper, mix vegetables.
As a result of our experiment, it was very tasty and very easy to do. It is also suitable for all ages. Fish consumption is also very good for health as high in protein and not contain saturated fat.

Objectives
-       Users can make variety of foods
-       Users can eat fresh foods
-       Users also can make in various flavour

Ingredients
1.    Fish fillet               600g
2.    Corn flour            1 mealspoon
3.    Tapioca flour       1 mealspoon
4.    Vegetable oil       enough for frying
5.    Pepper                1 teaspoon
6.    Mix vegetable      1 mealspoon   

Methods
-       First, Use a spoon to scrape the fish meat (including meat on the bone).
-       From 1 tsp salt: Sprinkle 2/3 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper on fillet
-       Add water to the remaining 1/3 teaspoon salt last
-       Use the back of a knife for chopping meat evenly. If you find there is any bone in the fillet, then remove it.
-       Add salt water during the crushing process. Salty water only at a time. You will find that the meat will become sticky and make more difficult shattered. Continue to add water and salt as needed.
-       When the paste is evenly distributed after chopped fish, wet your hands, make the ball and began to "punch" the whole fish paste.
-       If you wet your hands and wrap a layer of water in the fish paste, you will see that the texture is shiny, moisturized and soft
-       Divide the paste into a small part (according to your personal preference), store it in a container and store in refrigerator.
-       Boil water and cook 2 tsp fish paste to taste test before you round circle.
-       For a round circle fish ball
-       Make sure your little Lubricate hand so not sticky. Already rounded ball is put directly into the boiling pot.
